Dear Childhood,  Thank

Dear Childhood,

Thank you for all you have given me

Thank you for all the fun

All the memories

But most of all

Thank you for the lessons

And as I am on the brink of leaving you behind

I take with me all the time we have made

All the friends that came because of you

Look back at what has helped make me who I am today

And the thing that I well take with me when I depart

I loved the stories that came with you

And the adventures that never seem to end

I well miss the late nights reading

The bike rides in the late afternoon

But most of all

I well miss the times when it was just you and I, with my imagination

Thank you for the memories,

Abby Renee
